EMAIL | weekly newsletter (2020 - present)
Currently, I'm the sole communications staff for the regional office of a progressive protestant denomination. I originated this role as a full-time position, and am responsible for managing, producing and measuring our omnichannel marketing strategy and branded content.
Our most regular publication is our e-news. I collect leads, copywrite and/or copyedit stories submitted by program staff, lay out a draft in Mailchimp, and coordinate remote editorial review and approvals by senior leadership before scheduling the email to go out on Thursday afternoon. During my time at the organization, I've also overhauled the design of the e-news to better align with our branding.
