Sometimes, an opportunity comes along that you just can't pass up... and freelancing on the first public media documentary about the history of Wisconsin’s LGBTQ+ community is one of them!

From Nov 2019 through June 2022, most of my work focused on a segment about Charlotte Partridge and Miriam Frink, the couple that founded the predecessor of the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design. I collected and secured permissions for archival images, and provided script feedback.

The two part documentary aired on PBS Wisconsin and Milwaukee PBS in June 2023.
