During my stint at a nonpartisan think tank, I developed a new digital storytelling product: video summaries of our longer reports that our target audience (mostly government officials) could more easily consume over a lunch break.

This one explains a tax incentive used to finance Milwaukee's street car. I had no prior experience with tax policy before making it, but breaking down such a technical concept ended up being a fun challenge.
